The parish festival in honour of St Roch in Mikstat on 15th August 2014 was accompanied by the 10th popular science session in the series entitled
"The power of worship, tradition and faith". During the session papers on Paweł Bryliński, the Medal of St Roch, Matins about St Roch and the
School of St Roch were presented. The television programme called "Grain", which was carried out in the sanctuary, was shown there. Likewise in Sokolniki, the exhibition of the photographs by Ewa Chmielewska and devoted to the sculptures of Paweł Brylinski and his life was presented here.
Ewa Chmielewska presented the paper on the life and works of Paweł Bryliński whose sculpture of St Roch is in a wooden St Roch Church on a burial cemetery on the hill. The exhibition was held for two days on 15th and 16th August. The participants watched the photographs with a great interest and asked many questions.
